About these terms

These Terms govern use of the Lead Machine Pro website and web design or related services. Lead Machine Pro is a trading name of Infinaeon AI Media Group Limited. By using the site or instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these Terms. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Our services and the free audit

We provide web design and development, a free Website Lead Audit tool, and consultancy and strategy where agreed in writing. Audit results are indicative only, generated automatically, and should not be relied on as professional advice.

Engaging services and payment

A contract begins when we confirm your project in writing and you have paid the agreed deposit. Final pricing is confirmed in the project agreement. A 50% deposit is required before work starts and the remaining balance is due before launch. The optional Care Plan is £39 per month and can be cancelled at any time with no penalties.

Delivery, ownership and support

Project timescales depend on timely content, feedback and approvals. On receipt of full and final payment, intellectual property rights in bespoke design and code transfer to you, subject to third-party licences and our internal tools and frameworks. Unless support is included in your package, maintenance obligations end at handover.
